COLD URINAL

One of the advantages of living in Lima is that if you want a hamburger you dont have to eat McDonalds.  Instead you can support the local economy by eating at Bembos.

In the male toilets at Bembos you get a surprise, however, because the urinals are filled with ice!

This probably reduces the smell of stale urine, but can you explain why?

Notice the urinal on the left has been used, so has less ice.  Can you make some estimates as to the likely duration of the ice in each urinal, in terms of numbers of clients?
